Returns & Exchanges

At OLEADA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original dust bag and box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
